ACC:	$40 per visit
Private:	$70 per visit

For ACC approved claims for injuries of the elbow, forearm, wrist and hand there is no surcharge as ACC fully subsidises the cost of treatment. There is also an allowance available for splinting and braces if required.

Private or non-ACC conditions cost $70 per half hour and splinting costs are additional.
